I don’t have any rear or side access to my garden, is this a problem?

No, your new room will be delivered in panel form, everything will fit through a standard doorway.

How long does it take to build?

Our rooms are built to your exact requirements at our workshop then installed in as little as 1 week once on site.

Do I need planning permission?

Our rooms are designed and built to fall within permitted development rights, so planning permission is not usually required.

Can I choose the interior and exterior finish?

Yes, with our panels you can choose virtually any colour for the outside or a range of timber/composite cladding if you’d prefer.

I will need power and wifi in my garden room, and maybe plumbing. Is this something you can sort for me?

Yes, required services are built into the project.

Does it make a mess of my garden?

Our build method greatly reduces mess due to the majority of works being carried out off site. Our garden rooms do not require a concrete base on site which further reduces mess and hassle!

I’d like a new patio outside of my garden room. Can you help with associated landscaping?

Yes, we are able to carry out any associated hard landscaping work required to finish the job off to a high standard.

We’d love to combine a home office space by day with a bar by night, an integrated desk and bar would be ideal. Can this work?

Yes, we are always delighted to work with our clients to come up with inventive solutions. We can also provide bespoke joinery to a high standard.

Can we also add additional storage space?

Yes, many of our projects have included secure integrated storage solutions.

I am conscious of the environmental impact of building work. Can our new Garden Room be as eco friendly as possible?

Yes, we only use sustainable materials for our builds. Our methods mean there is little wastage of material and far fewer journeys/deliveries to site. We also offer Solar Power options, please get in touch for more info.
